Simply close your eyes and take a deep nourishing breath. Exhale out the mouth silently stating "I Surrender". With every cycle of these breaths, feel your body getting lighter as you release, surrender and let go of control and the need to know. Do between 3-6 breaths or as long as you need.

The Angelic energy is coming in strong today. Archangel Raphael is sending blessings and inviting us to utilize the power and healing of the emerald ray. So as you sit and read this, visualize the Emerald Ray within and all around you.

This is a reminder that All the answers we seek are within.

So often we turn to others and doubt our own innervoice out of fear of making the wrong decision or choosing the wrong path.

There is no wrong path! All paths are unique and come with their own learning experience. Divine guidance is always accessible to us no matter what choice you make.

Your Higher Self and a Higher Power(God,Source) never abandons you. The Holy realms are always trying to communicate with you. To help you live your best life.

The issue is we become distracted and do not take the time to connect, trust and listen deeply.

Today we are going to remove the veil of perceived separation from you and a higher power. This will create space to access messages to support you at this time. Once you receive these messages trust yourself and take action! Pay attention to the daily signs and spiritual nudges around you.

Today’s Practice:

Place your right hand over your heart take three deep cleansing breaths in through the nose exhaling out the mouth. (feel free to take more if needed).

Next we will Thymus Tap for 2 minutes Use your index, middle, ring and pinky fingers and begin to tap about 2-3 inches along your sternum.(Thymus is beneath the upper part of the breastbone in the middle of chest) Create your own rythm , whatever feels good to you.

Now pause and feel the calmness within you Take 3 more deep cleansing breaths with right hand over heart.

Three more cleansing breaths And state the following out loud:

I call forth my guides of organic light to assist me on this blessed day to provide me with insight: now state what you need clarity on etc. I am open to receive this divine wisdom that is for the greater good.

Aquamarine Angelic Ray Create a space where you can be in stillness for at least 5 minutes. Bring yourself to a comfortable seated position. Spine fully erect. Begin to pay attention to the natural rhythmic flow of your breath.

Bring the focus to the tip of your nose . Witness the expansion in your nasal cavity with every inhalation and relaxing release with every exhalation.

Allow your body to experience calmness. Now bring the focus inward to the heart center and take three deep nourishing breaths. Exhaling our the mouth the audible sound of AHhhhh. Feel the release in the heart center.

We now invite the Angelic Aquamarine Ray. Fill your body completely with this light. Feel the Angelic presence, Holy light and Angelic wings around you.

Now Give Gratitude to yourself for ALL your ACCOMPLISHMENTS! All that you have transcended and learned so far in this lifetime.

Expand the gratitude to all the amazing qualities you embody. Focus on higher outcomes for you and your loved ones.

Activate Your DNA Unlock Your Hidden Potential

In my experience, success with a higher-Self-embodied-lifestyle occurs when we are consistently aligning our mind, body and soul.

When all three are on board, we open ourselves to magical transformations.

The Human body has been waiting for you to accept its invitation to play it as a Divine instrument and optimize its potential.

Part of our experience here on Earth is to remember we are Spirit; Gods essence residing in a human body. So easily we forget that, fall asleep and get caught up in the mundane world.

So pause for a moment and consider that you are the Essence of God in human form.

Yes, a miracle and capable of anything you set your mind to.

Now there is a concept, “anything you set your mind to”. In order to take aligned action with our physical vessel we have to be in alignment with our mind and now let’s take it to another level add the heart & soul. So now the body is following the authoritative direction of your heart /soul and mind connection.

This Heart and mind connection is the rich soil that provides emotional, mental, physical and spiritual nourishing support to your being. When in Coherence, it creates a beautiful inner-landscape for your body to accomplish its functions gracefully. There is not excessive stress placed upon the body in order to maintain homeostasis. It’s flowing ease.

Why? Because your mind is in Coherence with your heart. This generates positive thoughts, which releases hormones that are good for the body. The momentum builds, contributing to an increase in energy, uplifting moods and emotions that will support you in making choices that are for your highest good.

So how do we get there & how do we get in a state where we are living in Heart-Mind Coherence?

We start by Believing in ourselves, letting go of the self-doubt, attachments, self-sabotaging tendencies and negative-self talk. We take a deeper look and begin to evaluate our lifestyle, relationships, food choices, habits, routines, environment, self-love practices, etc...

As we evaluate and make adjustments, we begin to see what is not in resonance with us.

This has to do with our energetic signatures and vibrational frequencies.

Everything that surrounds us holds energetic codes that affect our vibration and can alter our genetic material in a positive or negative way. The Electromagnetic fields around our cells and all beings we interact with are constantly exchanging and broadcasting information. This information can either activate & expand your growth or confine you in perpetual limited loop of destructive habits.

The choices you make, the food you eat, music you listen to, books your read, social media, movies, drugs, alcohol, living environment...etc. All can contribute to an elevation or a decline in vibration which has a direct effect on your overall health and wealth.

How do we break the cycle and receive higher frequencies and vibrations?

We program our cells, food, water and our homes to support a highly vibrational environment where everything that we ingest, everything we choose to participate in is Consciously Blessed and chosen with the intention it is for our highest good.

This does not mean that you will never deal with difficult people or situations. It just means that your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies become more effective at acclimating and adapting. This allows you to maintain a more centered state regardless of your surroundings.

DNA is programable. In fact, studies show that we are only utilizing 3 percent of our DNA. 97 percent of that is not being activated. It is dormant.

Our cells and bodies have been waiting for us to realize its magnificence and potential through communication with our cellular network.

Inside your DNA resides libraries of information and wisdom. When they say all the answers are within, they truly are!! I am not just speaking of your innate intuition. I am talking about the wisdom, memories and knowledge encoded in your genetic material.

DNA is multidimensional. It holds information from our ancestors, access to higher aspects, sacred lands...etc. When we activate this DNA, we unlock the hidden potentials.

Imagine, remembering your gifts that you have accumulated from multiple lifetimes on all planes of existence here right NOW!

The possibilities would be endless. This is available to you. You can create an internal vibration that is highly conducive for your DNA to turn on.

Start by implementing practices that align the Mind, Body & Soul, communicating with your cells, affirmations, breathwork, conscious uplifting language, meditation, sound & light language therapy.

When I need an energetic reboot and Auric cleanse a 20 min or longer warm bath with Epsom Salts is the remedy 💓

My favorite Detox Bath Recipe is:
1 cup Epsom Salt 
1/4 cup Himalayan salt
1/2 cup of baking soda
few drops of lavender & Vanilla essential oils.

Cleansing Your Home Energetically & Physically

The Clearing Energies have been intense the last two days. Wow! New levels of awareness and anything not in alignment is rearing its head.

When I feel this level of purification Happening. I make sure my living space gets a thorough energetic and physical cleanse.

I turn into my Italian Mother lol with the cleaning!
Everything gets tended to!

The energy of our homes can shift over time.

The space may appear vibrantly clean visually. But if the energy feels heavy, or uncomfortable. It’s time to take action.

It has a lot to do with the energy that has been released in a space and not cleared.
🔥
All our vibes, thoughts, feelings and emotions are flowing and imprinting in our living space.

When we are having arguments, exercising, stressed, etc it all builds up and the space becomes stagnant.

So I always have Sage or Palo Santo on hand. After
I am done scrubbing, dusting and sweeping, I go around and Bless & clear every room and crystal.

I have tons of crystals 💓

They bring positive vibrations to my home. Every Crystal has its own frequency and unique energy signature so I am constantly rearranging them based on the energetic flow.

Shift In Vibration

The last couple of months have taken us into the deepest places of self.

We have explored the wounds, karma, triggers and dark spaces that needed love, nourishment and radiance shined upon them. Gifting us the opportunity to recognize what is out of alignment.

The cleansing and releasing of self-sabotaging patterns and illusions was massive in the collective and continues exponentially!

You could say the theme over the last couple of months was EVOLVE or REPEAT.

These lessons, epiphanies and expanded heightened awareness has provided new insights and perspectives. Encouraging ALL Beings to refine their discerning skills and create new foundations rooted in LOVE.

As we continue to increase our vibration, forgive, let go and align with the higher good of all, we enter new levels of Self-Worth, Self-Love and abundance.

This new level allows us to gain greater clarity on what is & is not working in our relationships, jobs, habits, patterns and lifestyle decisions.

The inner-work and light body upgrades are up-leveling our energy and our outer world is beginning to reflect that. We can no longer settle into realities that don’t Align with our Soul’s purpose.

Wake Up Calls

Waking up at 3am with increased energy and elevated senses.

Often, during energetic changes we experience different patterns in our sleep cycles.

The veil is very thin to the spirit world from 2-4am. I consider these as “WAKE UP CALLS”.

A statement I use upon waking is:

“I am open to receive divine guidance at this time only if it is for my highest good.”

This only allows me to work with energies that are here to assist me, not disturb me.

There are various reasons for these “wake up calls”.

Sometimes, it is inspired messages and other times it is our physical bodies working with spirit to show us when and where our thoughts and actions are out of alignment. Allow yourself to be open to explore.

If this becomes too frequent and you find yourself depleted and overwhelmed by sleep interruptions try using the statements below before bed. Remember, this is your experience and you have the ability to filter out anything that does not serve you.

• “I am open to receive healing guidance as I sleep deeply that will assist me in my waking state.“

• “I ask for a deep, restful, rejuvenating sleep that heals all that is not in alignment.”

• “I ask for soulful inspirations and divine messages to be revealed to me in dream-time.”

• “I give permission for my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies to harmonize during an uninterrupted, restorative sleep.”

Dietary & Appetite Changes

Honor your body’s needs.

As your vibration shifts so will your appetite. Do not get fixated on this.

Typically, I recommend an alkaline, high vibrational, plant-based diet, but as our DNA is upgraded the nutrients and cravings will vary. So will the need to increase the amount of water you are intaking.

I recommend that you Tune into your body consciousness as a new food group or craving presents itself.

Take a moment before preparing or making a food choice and discern if this is serving me at my highest level.

We want to ensure our choices and cravings are not emotionally based. We are refueling a new genetic template and are being asked to choose consciously what is optimal for this regeneration.

When inquiring and discerning check in and notice how your body feels.

If you feel expansiveness take that as a YES. Any form of contraction is a NO.

A morning affirmation that may help is...

“I honor my body’s needs and choose food that supports optimal health, wellness and Immunity now and continuously”

There may be times throughout the month that your body is asking for more sugar, dark chocolate, and an increase in carbohydrates, protein...etc. Allow yourself to have it.

We are releasing judgements in all areas of our life and food is another level.

Allow your body to find a healthy balance in what supports your optimal health, wellness and transformative process. This is unique for everyone!

Light Language

Light Language is Universal Language, some may even refer to it as the Language of Love or the Divine Gift of Tongues. It is the streaming of consciousness through the heart. The sacred gateway within all Beings.
