Close your eyes take a couple of deep breaths and visualize and feel the blessings of golden light and white doves.

Topic: Connecting To Higher Guidance, Listening To Your Inner-Voice & Taking Action.

Dear Beautiful Souls,

Today I strongly encourage you to do this practice

This is a reminder that All the answers we seek are within.

So often we turn to others and doubt our own innervoice out of fear of making the wrong decision or choosing the wrong path.

There is no wrong path! All paths are unique and come with their own learning experience. Divine guidance is always accessible to us no matter what choice you make.

Your Higher Self and a Higher Power(God,Source) never abandons you. The Holy realms are always trying to communicate with you. To help you live your best life.

The issue is we become distracted and do not take the time to connect, trust and listen deeply.

Today we are going to remove the veil of perceived separation from you and a higher power. This will create space to access messages to support you at this time. Once you receive these messages trust yourself and take action! Pay attention to the daily signs and spiritual nudges around you.

Today’s Practice:

Place your right hand over your heart take three deep cleansing breaths in through the nose exhaling out the mouth. (feel free to take more if needed).

Next we will Thymus Tap for 2 minutes Use your index, middle, ring and pinky fingers and begin to tap about 2-3 inches along your sternum.(Thymus is beneath the upper part of the breastbone in the middle of chest) Create your own rythm , whatever feels good to you.

Now pause and feel the calmness within you Take 3 more deep cleansing breaths with right hand over heart.

Now repeat Affirmations in image 4x....

Three more cleansing breaths And state the following out loud:

I call forth my guides of organic light to assist me on this blessed day to provide me with insight: now state what you need clarity on etc. I am open to receive this divine wisdom that is for the greater good.

Take three deep breaths visualizing your body in a sphere of golden light. Now you are connected and have created the space to receive . Be still and listen for as long as you need. Trust what comes through and take action on any guidance beloveds.
