My Journey: From Science to Soul
The Scientist
For years, my work as a clinical microbiologist immersed me in the intelligence of the human body and the unseen world of microorganisms. I loved the science. I loved identifying bacteria, understanding systems, and witnessing how something microscopic could influence the health of the whole.
For a long time, that work fulfilled me.
But over time, something began to ache.
Day after day, names would come through the hospital system, and my role was to identify the microorganism causing the infection — to isolate it, name it, and move on. I rarely met the human beings behind the samples. I didn’t know their stories, their lives, or what they were carrying beyond the diagnosis.
What once felt meaningful began to feel distant.
Behind the scenes.
Disconnected.
I realized I wasn’t just fascinated by the body — I was longing for depth, intimacy, and connection. I wanted to be with people, not just their lab results. I wanted to understand how the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of a person were intertwined — and how true healing required tending to all of them.
There was a quiet but persistent knowing growing inside me:
I was meant to work with people, not just behind the scenes.
To help them heal and transform — not only by identifying what was wrong, but by supporting their return to wholeness.
I didn’t want to leave science behind.
I wanted to weave it into something more human, more embodied, and more alive.
Little did I know, the longing I felt — for depth, intimacy, and connection — was the beginning of a much larger initiation. One that would require me to heal myself on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level, and would ultimately reveal the path I was meant to walk in service to others.
the Awakening
While working full-time in the lab, my inner world began to shift dramatically.
I was balancing motherhood, a challenging marriage, and the relentless demands of a career that required precision, endurance, and long hours behind the scenes. Over time, my body began to speak — and then it began to scream.
Severe neurological symptoms emerged, and I was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia, a condition that left me in constant, debilitating pain. Conventional treatments offered temporary relief, but at a cost — numbing my mind and disconnecting me from myself.
Deep down, I knew there had to be another way.
Something in me understood that this wasn’t just a medical issue to manage — it was an invitation to listen more deeply. To address what was happening beneath the surface. To take my healing into my own hands and approach it in a truly holistic way.
That moment marked the beginning of my awakening — not as an escape from reality, but as a return to my body, my intuition, and a deeper intelligence that had been quietly guiding me all along.
The Divorce & the Fire That Forged Me
I turned to yoga, meditation, massage, acupuncture, diet and sound to reclaim my health. A combination of Vinyasa, Hatha, Bikram, Bhakti, Yoga Nada and Kundalini cracked me open. It activated more of my innate gifts. Chanting, singing, and Light Language — gifts I had hidden since childhood — began to pour through me. I began to heal. My neurological symptoms disappeared. The vibrational alchemy was a catalyst that liberated my body and helped me align with my truth.
As my practices and gifts deepened, my marriage no longer aligned. That divorce became the most rapid acceleration of my life. Once one door closed, another burst open.
My kids and I moved into an apartment, leaving behind the home I had once built. As a newly single mom, I threw myself into my healing. I invested in yoga teacher training, studied sound and vibrational medicine, and began teaching yoga at night, offering sound events and private mentoring on weekends — all while still working full-time as a microbiologist, running my kids to sports and dance, and picking up extra shifts just to make ends meet. It was exhausting. It was relentless. And it was also the fire that forged me.
A New Catalyst
During this time, Stephen (now my second husband) walked into one of my yoga classes. His presence was another catalyst. As our relationship deepened, his support gave me the courage to leave my career in science when my body began breaking down from the double life. My passion for my soul work was undeniable, It was all I wanted to do and could think about, but there was nothing left of me to give.
The Leap & the Grieving
Leaving my job came with tons of fear and a grieving process I didn’t expect. After years of pushing, my nervous system collapsed into exhaustion. Mystery illnesses surfaced as my body released years of stored stories. To heal, I turned to breathwork, tuning forks, and essential oils — blending formulas, working with acupoints, and creating emotional alchemy. I used these practices on myself first, and they became the healing technology I now guide others with.
The Entrepreneurial Remembering
As I slowed down, my path accelerated. I traveled, received initiations, and remembered more of my soul gifts. I connected with my lineage — a family line of powerful entrepreneurs — and felt guided to build a new legacy.
I learned business and strategy in a way that honored my design.
The results surprised me. I earned more than I ever thought possible — including a moment I’ll never forget, making $90,000 in seven weeks. But what mattered most wasn’t the money.
It was freedom.
Freedom to nourish myself.
Freedom to be present with my children.
Freedom to build from embodied wealth, not hustle.
Today
Every chapter of my life — scientist, vibrational medicine practitioner, yoga teacher, entrepreneur — has become the architecture of my work.
Today, I guide visionary leaders through identity reconfiguration so they can transform their leadership, wealth, relationships, and lives from the inside out. I help leaders remember who they are, embody their gifts, and build in a way that is aligned, sustainable, and true.
As a wife and mother of two, I am devoted to modeling what’s possible when you choose not to live the traditional way — but instead trust your body, your soul, and your higher calling to build a life of freedom, meaning, and legacy.
